Good evening, sir (ma'am, everybody, ladies and gentlemen), (Welcome to XXX,) unfortunately, we have to close at XXXX. (We will be closing soon at XXXX) Please be noted of our business hours. We appreciate your cooperation.
Bon, which falls from August 13 to 16, is one of the two most celebrated holidays in Japan, the other one being New Year Holiday. Most businesses are closed for celebration during the period. I have been off too since the day I met you.
A period starting from August 13 through 16 is called "Obon" and regarded as another important event as that of New Year's Day. Most of companies are off during this period. I was on leave too since the day I had met you.
Luckily, I could meet two of you by chance in a train. It was very enjoyable to visit and see A with you. If we could spare time, we could have talked more over tea. I miss it. Next time please arrange a longer schedule to visit Japan. In (at) XXX, what did you buy for your souvenir? By the way, I heard here in Japan that a Thai styled massage is famous. Will you try?
>>17 It was good to see you in the train and very pleasant time to watch A together. I would have liked to have some tea with you if there had been enough time.... I'm regretful for that. I'd like you to spend much more days to do sightseeing when you get another chance to visit Japan. Did you buy souvenirs at 〇〇? Did you ever try a Thai-style massage--I hear it is famous.
No way, you've done anything at all. It is out of the question you failed in such an exam. It is so easy to pass as a matter of course. If you can't do that, there is nothing worth to try.
>>45 You can find another hidden ability and accept values that you have never known ; if you live in the country to put yourself in the native language which you want to speak, and spend time with the native people.
You can get a sense of new value and broad possibility by letting you live and hear a foreign language like being showered in an actuaul life of a foreign country.
Going abroad to study must be a deed to meet a new world and open the future for me, a person who is enough sensitive and absorptive, but starving for diversity of values.
I'd like to embrace a dream generated there, expanding infinitely.
>>46 Although we have the ability to flexibly accept and absorb any situations, there are not so much different ways of thinking. Studying abroad must be a piece of work to get possibilties for the future by meeting unknown things. We hope that this will lead us to the realization of our wildest dreams.
>>66 You need イメージソリューション that makes images fit for needs? 〇〇 will bring you the best image for your need. You can get the best way to get the most suitable quality.
>>66 You need the best way to solve all the problems around you? You can find it in 〇〇,which provides you with whatever image you want. Best choice for best image.
>>80 A sensible person is positive about his work, good at making decisions quickly and with confidence, flexible about anything, and knows it very important to be well adapted to changing circumstances in society.
>>83 I am very busy in August doing many things. Having to go back to my hometown is one of them. I think it's possible to get a webcam and install it while I am in my hometown if I try. But doing it later, maybe in September or later is better.
>>77 Until recently, traveling abroad had been exclusively performed by either the rich or successful entrepreneurs. It was very unusual for ordinary people to fly to foreign countries.
And then one day, a (the) student suddenly noticed himself, even dared to sacrifice whatever he has wrought so far in his life, staying (standing) in a quie unfamilar but reminiscent place, which induces him to reside quite naturally.
>>103 Do you also have a summer vacation? I guess I will be able to take only five days off. My friend and I are wondering where the best place is for the vacation. You have a lot of work to do as a firefighter, don't you? I wish I could ride a fire engine!
>>115 Japan's national team won in the recent Asian Cup tournament ,and which seems to have escalated Chinese people's anti- Japan sentiment. I'm sorry to hear that news. By the way, Japan lost the first soccer match against Paraguay in the Athen Olympic Games. I hope they will do their best in the next match. I also hope your team will do their best.
It's good for you that you have finally found what you want to do. I bet you gave it a serious thought and tried hard making up your mind for a year. That's wonderful.
By the way, how is A? I haven't kept in touch with him/her since, Apparently, I got the wrong e-mail address. Tell him/her to give me a call or an e-mail to catch up.
One of my friend's sister had an operation after diagnosed as lung cancer. Another friend of mine also has a sister who had an operation to remove a brain tumor about two years ago. Both of them are in their 30s. I realized the importance of staying in good shape.
All of our tennis club members from junior-high got together on Bon. We had a blast chatting over old times until the wee hours of the morning, and called it a day at 5 in the morning.
Is there any special reason you have to use a "must"? A must doesn't fit in this sentence. Having said that, you could say, "tell me why we must no be here." ..but it sounds a bit awkward.
As far as developing inventive merchandise is concerned, it is fascinating to renovate it, remodel it, and find out how it could be even easier to use. It is also good for me in that it stimulates my brain.
>>18 There is a Buddhist festival to Death called "Bon" during the period from August 13 to 16 this year in Japan. It is one of the biggest events in Japan as well as the event of the New Year's Day. Most of campanies were closed to business during it. I've also been off since the day we met.
>>170 It is rumored in the Japanese community that a complete Japanese version of A will not be on sale because it is not permitted to make one. Is this true? If it is, what is the reason for it?
>>103 Are you taking a summer break, too? Looks like I can take only five days off. I'm just wondering where to go with a friend now. Your job as a fireman sounds very hard in many ways... I wish I could ride in a fire engine!
>>182 I went to a beauty salon today, where I found my photo was displayed as an ad for the salon. I remember I had a picture of my figure taken from behind there before. A big surprise! I didn't get mad because they gave me a dozen beers in return. What is your hairstyle like?
>>194 After I emailed you, my mom told me that he might have retured to the U.S. because he had said he would go back home in August. You really have gone back to the U.S. What do you do now? Are you working, or studying at a school?
After I sent you the mail, My mom said to me, "He must have gone home already. He told me he was going home in August." And you really went back home in America already... What do you do now? Are you working? Or are you in college somewhere? >>194
>>203 It is said that kurozu, black vinegar contains amino acid and is good for the health. In fact, I don't feel tired less often than before after I started drinking it. I'm addicted to kurozu now.
>>211 Do you sometimes cook? Do you have any favorite dishes you cook? I guess mine is saba-no-misoni, boiled mackerel with miso, but I haven't cooked recently. I wonder I could cook the dish now.
>>215 I'm sorry it took me a while to get back to you. Actually, to tell you the truth, I was a little confused since you talked about a subject like that when we met for the first time. I hope I can build a good relationship as a friend with you. But I don't think that it's a bad thing for us to have something which attracts each other.
One year has passed since I met you guys. It's a serene, beautiful beach isn't it? We can hardly sit back and relax at the beach in Tokyo for all the crowd. It makes me envious of you.
NAGANOBINZURU took place today. In BUNZURU, a variety of group chanted and clattered with rice paddles as they were walking around. It was hustle and bustle with some night-stalls boosted the ambiance. The jam-packed roads kind of made me feel exahusted, but all in all I had a ball. I'll definitely go there next year.
>>241 1. Boil water in the pan. 2. Put a cake of ramen into the boiling water and then loosen knots of the ramen. 3. Dissolve the soup powder in the water. 4. Put the soup with ramen into the donburi bowl.

>>274 Ladies and gentlemen,I'd like to thank you all for allowing me to attend such a heartwarming party. This will be an unforgettable occasion for me. Thank you, thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
>>298 I didn't think you were a man to do such a thing. I really feel relieved that I escaped from going to the end (fucked by you). You deceived me. I'm sad and angry.
>>303 I tried taking some photos of me using my cell phone but these photos aren't good enough. I decided to send you the best pic of them. I might get a digital camera in the near future and when I do, I think I can send you decent pics.
There is a "Free Search Service Corner" where you can search your suitable job by dint of installed computers, however, all applications are serviced in the Japanase mode only.
>>309 I'm glad to hear you've found a good job. It's nice you can have day-offs properly so that you'll be able to secure your own time. You know, very often you would end up ruining your health even with a good pay, if the work were hard and irregular. By the way, you asked me about mushroom pickings. We sometimes enjoy mushroom pickings in fall in Japan, too. Mushrooms are popular because they are healthy, said to be good for cancer prevention. But today it isn't easy for us, ordinary people, to enjoy natural mushrooms because of their soaring up prices, as the natural ones are becoming rarer with the decrease of their habitat caused by reckless land development. I only eat artificially grown mushrooms. The taste and smell of the artificial ones are not bad, I have to say.
It is good to know that you got a good job. Even if the salary were attractive, hard work and irregular working hours would spoil your health. You might lose your salary a bit though, I am relieved that you can apply for leaves legally and can draw a line between official and private hours. By the way, you asked my of "Kinoko-kari" or collecting wild mushrooms. In Japan, some do so in fall. Mushrooms have become popular since it is said that they are healthy and preventive from suffering cancer. Unfortunately, as ecological terrains for wild mushrooms are being badly exploied year by year, it is rare for ordinary people to taste natural and expensive mushrooms. We have to eat artificially culitivated ones. Even so they are fariy good in taste and flavor.

Remember I showed you a picture of a bride and groom? They, other friends of mine and I had a BBQ a few days ago. After that, we went to their new house and drank until the morning.
>>349 The other day, you know, I showed you a picture of a married couple. I had a barbecue dinner with them and other friends. Afterward, we went to their new house, and drank until the next morning.
Did you get a job? I looked over some job positions for you on the off chance that you are still looking for a job. 契約期間は決まっているのですか?←I don't get this; give me the context. Keep this information in case you need it in the future.
Thanx for visiting my web page. I am thrilled getting a posting from overseas. It's wonderful being able to interact over the same interest despite a language barrier.
Thank you very much for coming to my homepage. I'm so excited because this is the first time I welcome a visitor from overseas who posted on the Bulletin Board of my site. Isn't it great that we could share our thoughts with people who don't speak the same language but have the same preference?

>>378 Thanks a Zillion for your answer! Now I realized that I should not use "contract" in this case. I'm glad I asked you. Again, my gratitude to you.(^з^)-☆Chu!!
>>436 I was going to dye my hair that collour, but I felt it would come across as a little bit dark, so I picked up another one. Speaking of hair, have you ever had your hair Afro-cut, have you? Was it because of your favorite music? Was it hard to keep your hair healthy?
>>436 At first I was planning to dye my hair the color, but I thought the color makes my hair looks heavy so I changed my mind and chose another color. Have you tried afro? Did your trying it have something to do with your favorite kind of music? Wasn't it hard to keep the hairstyle neat?
>>404 I went to hokkaido during this summer break by ship. The ship was very packed with people. It took 14 hours to get there, before I arrived in my grandmom's house, where she lives with my uncle's family. It was cooler than I thought in hokkaido. It was fun to spend time though I stayed there only 4days.
>>404 I went to Hokkaido on a ship in the summer vacation. It took 14 hours to get there. There are many people in the ship. Hokkaido is colder than I've expected. The building in Hokkaido is higher than in Tochigi. I arrived in Hokkaido, and then went to my aunt's house. My aunt lives there with my uncle's family. I've stayed for only 4 days, but it has been truely enjoyable.

I heard from OO that you are very busy now. But it was good to know that you are doing fine. Take it easy. I always get so encouraged when I get e-mails from you, so e-mail me when you are free and cheer me up. Checking my mail box has been my daily routine since you went back.

The other day I enjoyed "MACH",Thai action movie . I was amazed at the exciting actions, such as the hero plunged into fire and he knocked out the enemies completely with some superhuman spin kicks. What's more,I was surprised further to hear this movie was filmed with in-person performance;neither CG techniques nor wire actions weren't adopted.

I received that letter several days before I met you. We had been communicating with each other by e-mail before, but this time I received a hand-written letter for the first time. However, I couldn't understand the letters written there almost at all. That day I planned to see some of my friends at night , and I was thinking of having some foreigner teach me how to read before I saw them. Then you happened to come beside me and I talked to you. Thanks to you, I could read all of the letters. I really appreciate it. In Japan, we have expressions like, "Umai" and "Heta", meaning that a letter is of good quality in writing, and of poor quality in writing. Do you have similar expressions like that in English, too?
>>570 I received that letter a few days before I met you. It was the first time I received a handwritten letter; we had only exchanged emails up to then. But I could hardly read the characters written by hand. Then you happened to be next to me, so I decided to talk to you. I really appreciate you. I was able to read the letter because of you. Thank you very much. Talking about handwriting, we have expressions in Japanese to describe how good or poor the writing is. Are there similar expressions in English as well?

I got in my car to have a morning set at A, only to find that the battery is dead because I had left the light on. I attempted to find someone who could give it a jump, but I got nobody. I had no choice but to call a car-trouble service for a help. The service man showed up more than 30 minutes later. Since the battery was unrecoverable, he had to replace it with a new one. It took him more than one hour all together to get the job done. I ended up not being able to have breakfast as the morning set service time was over.

I bought the most expensive stuff I've ever bought this summer, a clarinet. I used to play the clarinet in the wind music club at junior-high. I had fun out of it practicing for school events or competitions the November of my third grade. There was a time I wanted to give it up, but I managed to stick to it till the end. That gives me a great deal of confidence. I had nothing that I wanted to do at the beginning of my high school life. I had no objectives that I aspired to achieve, either. My music teachere in junior-high advised me that I keep playing the clarinet. Convinced that I would never be happier without the clarinet, I made up my mind to join a brass band and purchase a clarinet. That was the first time I spent my savings I saved for 16 years. I will never forget this purchase. I will keep playing the clarinet.
