We just got a notification from RN factory today that they would not provide guarantee for RN atomizers any more, so from March 31st, 2009, we do not provide guarantee for RN atomziers in future orders either. We already lowered the price for the RN atomizer and RN starter kit.

E-cigarette ou Vaporisateur Personnel ou VP: Certaines batteries LT-v9 ne sont pas fiables !
Hier, j'ai bien recu une LT-v9 or je suis tres decue car les batteries ne sont pas fiables, du tout et le gout des cartouches assez decevant.
Lors de la recharge, une des 2 batteries s'est mise en court-circuit, avec la led au bout, allumee en permanence. Elle est devenue ultra bouillante et la LED ne s'eteignait plus du tout. (Une soudure interne a du lacher.) J'ai debranche le chargeur mais la batterie a continue de chauffer. Si j'etais sortie, je ne m'en serait pas apercu tout de suite et si je n'avais pas tout fait pour l'eteindre, que ce serait-il passe !? Une fois refroidie, j'ai neanmoins tente de la visser sur une cartouche avec atomiseur. Elle s'est remise en surchauffe et il y a eu une odeur de composants electroniques grilles. La cartouche avec atomiseur integre est devenue inevitablement inutilisable.
Pour la deuxieme batterie, la LED ne s'allume pas donc il doit y avoir aussi un probleme de soudure interne. Cette batterie fonctionne parfois mais sans LED. Sans les divers clignotements, il est difficile de savoir si on tire trop dessus, si la batterie a besoin d'etre rechargee, si la cartouche avec atomiseur a besoin d'etre changee. Parfois, cette batterie ne fonctionne plus du tout. C'est un peu quand elle veut bien !
En bref, je vous conseille fortement de "prier" pour que ca marche bien, avant d'acheter une LT-v9. De plus, le gout des cartouches n'est vraiment pas terrible (quoique j'ai deja connu pire).

I've ordered 601 on your website and received. It's ok. But, it seems achieved its time of death unbelievably. Its life was only just 4days.. It's too early death. I think this 601 want to live more days and vaporize much liquids. But it is no matter. So, just No matter!
Now this is its condition. 1. I've orderd at 10th September and received 25th September. 2. I'm as happy as happy can be. 3. 3days has spend. It happens suddenly. LED is alive, but no vapor is generated. 4. I'm shocked. 5. I cleaned it with heat-treatment. But atomizer did't work at all.
Now I'm very worried. Could you please tell me an advice what do I should to do?

We are sorry that your DSE 601 atomizer can not work properly and thank you for contacting us. We offer one year warranty on the DSE601 atomizer,we will solve the problem for you,so don't worry about it.Could you try the following way to clean the atomzier? a. Blow out the atomizer from the e-pipe bowl with slightly high pressure air. b. Drip small amount of regular alcohol into the atomizer, then rinse out with distilled water, shake out well, then blow out with compressed air. c. Load a full battery and a new cartridge, try again. You'd better clean the DSE601 e-pipe atomizer every day or every two days to keep it in a good condition. Please do have a try and let us know the results.If it doesn't work,we will instruct you how to process replacement. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your reply. I tried your advice on the last mail from process a. to c.. And unfortunatelly, my DSE601 still does not work (no vapor with full battery, cleaned atomizer and new cartridge).
