■ インストールせずに実行する方法

>>2の「■ダウンロード」の２つ目のリンクからバージョンを指定してインストーラをDLする
WinRARや7-Zipなどでexeを解凍してchrome.7zを取り出す
chrome.7zを解凍してChrome-binフォルダを取り出す
Chrome-binフォルダの中のバージョン番号名のフォルダ以外のファイル・フォルダ
（Dictionariesフォルダ、chrome.exe、wow_helper.exeなど）をすべてその中に移動する
バージョン番号名のフォルダの中に空のファイル"First Run"を作成する（省略可）
フォルダ名を適当に変更して好きな場所に置く
chrome.exeのショートカットを作成して好きな場所に置く

プロファイルフォルダ込みでUSBメモリなどに置きたい場合は
起動オプションでプロファイルフォルダを相対パスで指定する
例）--user-data-dir="..\User Data"

※インストールしていないので自動更新はされない、手動更新も不可

■ 検索エンジンを追加したら検索ワードが文字化けして検索できません

Google Chromeを終了
TkSQLiteを起動して [ファイル] > [開く...] を選択し [ファイルの種類] を "All Files (*.*)" に変更
[ユーザーデータフォルダ]\Default の中のファイル "Web Data" を選択して開く

左上のペインから main -> テーブル > keywords を開く
追加した検索エンジンの登録行の「input_encoding」列に「Shift_JIS」や「EUC-JP」などを入力
F5キーを押して反映させて [ファイル] > [閉じる] で閉じる
