Yokohama National University (横浜国立大学) is a university in Yokohama, Japan. Famous alumni include Japanese film director Shunji Iwai and singer of Japanese lagendary rock group B'z Koshi Inaba.
Rikkyo University (St.Paul's University,立教大学) is a Japanese Christian university in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. It is one of the Tokyo 6 Universities. The school is also known as Shigeo Nagashima's alma mater.
University of Tsukuba (筑波大学;Tsukuba Daigaku), located in the city of Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture in the Kanto region, is one of Japan's most prestigious national universities. The University has 28 college clusters and schools with a total of around 15,000 students (in 2003).
The university was established in October, 1973. A forerunner of this university is Tokyo University of Education (東京教育大学;T?ky? Ky?iku Daigaku).
