どちらも完了形であるから、過去のある時点からずーっと続いてきた動作が 今現在もなんらかの影響を及ぼしている、というニュアンスは同じなのですが、 1 I have studied English for five years. 2 I have been studygin English for five years. の二つの文章を比べると、 1の現在完了形だと確かに「5年間英語を勉強してきて(今に至る)」という意味ですが、 2の現在完了進行形だと「5年間ずーーっと英語を勉強してきて(今に至る)と、 ずーーっとの意味が強く出るわけです。英語を勉強している状態が ずーっと in progressだったという印象が強くなるのです。
