hm.. I can compose a few English sentences for that, for example," I've found a new aspect of my partner" or " I saw a new side in my partner." I don't know whether these wordings are natural or not on daily conversation because I'm not a native speaker.
I can speak broken English because I've been a regular poster of " chat in English" for about 8 years. That means I've never talk to anyone in English in real life. lol

The CD booklet seems to have a deflection, but there are no other defects besides it.
まで略しても通じるでしょうか
Do you use a word "deflect" even when you describe the appearance of a thin and soft object? I have looked up many examples in the dictionary but couldn't find any usage examples which referred to the soft object.
To me, this word only sounded to have a mere figurative meaning.
Deflection seems to signify the state of being deflected and doesn't seem to imply the cause of it's phenomenon.
Does this word have completely same meaning in this context to the Japanese counterpart? Or do I have to mention to the cause, why it is happening?

>>901 It's very natural that as a Japanese, Prime minister Abe visits Yasukuni shrine. It's not something Chinese and Koreans have a right to poke their noses into. I myself pay a vist to the shrine evey year.
As a Japanese I don't see any offensiveness in his act. We have a right to act on our beliefs, Chinese and Koreans should'nt poke noses into our domestic problems. I go to the Yasukuni shrine myself every year to console every one of people including so called war criminals.
こんなん言うとただの挑発だから本当は説明しないといけないんだよな
It is natural to console wardeads regardless of your position I know some of people enshrined in the Yasukuni shrine are being regarded as warcriminals internationally. but in Japanese religious background, the sin is thought to be pardoned upon their death, so they are just the among people who lost their lives because of WW2, at least to the most of Japanese people.
I'd think >>901 is just a response to the translation request right before it. I don't take it so seriously. His point is it's just none of Chinese and Koreans business.
