need not toでも意味は通じると思うのですが…
文法を始めたばかりでよくわかりません。

needを動詞で使うなら
don't need to

これを混ぜ合わせた[ need not to do ]みたいな形は無い。　

動詞と助動詞の違いだからもう一度辞書を見るといいね。
