I searched magibon on google. She is pretty
cute angel face with disproportionate big tits.
yukolin is nothing compared to her.
I decide to harasse her too.

ugly japanese geeks is targeting white cuty.
It's unforgivable?

you love japanese culture. but you wanna protect and monopoly
magibon from ugly buck teethed japanese geeks.
honestly speaking, i found out gaijin otaku
could easily identify with their favorite anime characters.
as you know, manga, otaku characters's face and body are exaggerating and
unproportionate,very far from japanese standard.
on the other hand, western people have more chance to imitate.
with a few exceptions like gackt(his profiles(stature, length of legs, etc) are
completly lie though.LOL) ,japanese costume plays are mean.

japanese otaku try to escape from the reality and jump to fantasy.
otakus like magibon take fantasy to reality life and have fun!
what a difference!

kato natsuki's ayanami rei is horrible!!! she is beautiful.but
don't match with ayanami rei.

Not always, the site was meant for anime when it was made,
But a lot of people these days go there for the internet hate machine.

Also if you want to start a sagestorm in 4chan the fastest way to do it is posting a lot of anime stuff on non anime boards.

As for hating applemilk and the like, wapanese as they're called have always been hated by them, there general thought on them is:

Stop trying to act japanese. It's not your culture, you look stupid, you make us look stupid, and japan secretly hates you anyways.

(i dont personally share the views, this is just what i got from them)
>4chan is full of racists and paedophiles
pedophiles and racists don't come together to me.
coz racists abhor pedophiles on surface. racists don't
allow abnormal sexual things.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Alfred_Strom
yes, some racists are actually pedhophile like him.
they don't speak out in public though.
racists mainly target jews and blacks.

it's strange if their target is mailnly on japanese.

maybe they are originaly japanese loving geeks. i think
their are twisted and just letting off the steam
only in the internet just like otaku. I don't think real racist and skinheads
go to such a otaku place.

emily and magibon are attractive. i think
it drives their behaviour. they wanna go out with them, but they can't because in
real life they are a bunch of nerds. their love of inferior japanese
make them more angry. i suppose.
attractive white woman who was sbsorbed in negro culture would have been hated

I doubt that is it. I've seen them go after wapanese males as well,
one well known one named Fred Gallagher (he runs a webcomic) has been
hated on by them for years, and some of them have even gone as far as
harrasing him in real life.

Keep in mind when it comes to them they will take any excuse to attack
someone. And sometimes they attack people at random with the myspace raids,
they (well it was one of the other chans that started it however 4chan was involved as well) even got on the
news for it.

The problem is most wiggers are to stupid to use the internet. So there
isn't very much for them to attack.

Speaking of Youtube, which I don't even have an account on, I very
much like TheHill88. I think she's cute and witty, with great acting

she's my favorite Australian. Someday in the near future, I'm
definitely gonna marry her. And if that doesn't come out quite
properly as expected, WHO KNOWS WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN TO HER THEN.

Fox Network has an obvious anti-liberal bias, generally supporting Bush's
administration. And we know that Bush wants to keep control of the internet
to his own administration, as shown in 2005 when control of some of the root
servers were to be handed over to an international organisation, but then changed
his mind. I think what Fox is doing here is, as >>84 says, trying to alarm the
general public and get more support for this monopoly.

Personally though, one of the best parts of the video was when they were scrolling
down the so-called 'invasion' board (I believe the i board on 4chan is oekaki though)
and shows an image with "We're discussing penises. Do you want to join?".

But some things should't be forgotten.
For example, Chinese people eat babies when they are not male.
They are savage people, as savage, if not more, as Scotchmen.

A year away from the Beijing Olympics and already Britain has London 2012
Olympics posters and advertisements everywhere, with that terrible logo.
I think it's a bad move by the promoters, because when it comes around,
everybody will be sick of it by then.

Anyway, Beijing is much more interesting than London. London is full of
filthy pigeons and buses.

Don't people in England like those double-decker buses?
When we think of London, we associate it with those buses and black cabs among other
things, since we don't have two-story buses or cabs with seats not
facing the direction of travel!
When it comes to taxis, we hear that London cab drivers need to pass a very difficult
test so they even know every little ally in the town.
But in Japan, sometimes those who cannot get other jobs become taxi drivers,
and there is no test as such, so if you are an unlucky passenger, the driver
may not even know the very famous hotels in Tokyo.

Ah, double decker buses! They're mainly used in the busier cities with a lot
of commuters, such as London. My town has a population of 100,000, but only
uses standard buses. A few days ago, though, an old-fashioned double decker
bus passed by while I was walking... it had white ribbons and things on it.
Guess some bus enthusiasts were getting married. The red double decker buses
are a common sight in London though, along with black cabs.

You heard correctly also, this test is known by London taxi drivers as "The
Knowledge". The test can take between 2 and 4 years, and apparently, about 80%
of the applicants drop out or fail during this time. During part of the interview
for the test, they are asked the fastest route between A and B. I have no idea
what their wages are like, but most commuters tip generously. Personally, I give
an extra 15% of the fare (assuming I'm there on time).

>>115
Some of us here know about that, but most do not. There's been no mention of it
at all in the news or in documentaries here. I'm sure anyone who organised a peace
event would be welcome, though. But there's been no publicity at all.

This is my opinion but in Europe, many professions that erquire
practice, skill, experience etc are repsected by everybody.
some are called maestro who manufacture exquisite products such
as watch, taxi, bus drivers are also required high standard while in Japan
anybody with driver's licence (not the regular one though) can be
a driver so the profession as a driver would be the last job
when he/she become jobless

Question!
Is there such thing called '白タク'(=illegal/unlicensed cabs) in London?
If I remember correctly, in addition to the prestigeous black cabs,
London has regular taxis, right?
If so, and if there are illegal taxis, how can one tell the difference
between the good regular taxis and illegal taxis?
Plus, are the fares for black cabs higher than those for regular taxis?

I have a friend who lives near Tokyo who is a part-time waitress, and her
wages seem to be ridiculously low. In the UK, waiting staff usually get the
minimum wage, but also get to keep the given tips, which can be very generous
on a busy night. Is there any way for people in these sort of jobs in Japan
to get anything extra?

>>122
Absolutely, though the police have really been busy in hunting them down and
stopping them. There are a lot less in operation now than in 2005. However, I
have no idea how to tell the difference. Taxis usually have some kind of special
plate on the back which shows the company, serial number, etc. but I guess it
would be simple to forge. If the driver allows you to negotiate a fare, it's
likely the taxi is illegal. As for the black cabs and regular taxis, I have a
feeling that only the black cabs are permitted to operate in Greater London.
The fares have risen recently because of the 'Green Tax', which adds taxes for
road usage in major cities, in order to cut down on pollution.

I don't think there is a way for part-time workers to earn extra
money.
This is one of the issues that we have in Japan, social disparity,

This is said to be one reason why the LDP lost by such a large margin.

there is a myth in japan that woman who can speak english
is intelligent. stewardesses are trained to speak english.
one of the thing that make our eyes blur is this.

we have to add that some flight attendants are irregular employees
these days too.

i personally think that bus guide skills are beyond stewardess ones.
bus guides have talk skill and communication skill.
stewardess are just like routine mcdonald clerks and
only pleasure to our eyes.

I have to admit stewardess are one of the top priorities.
but as in this thread, many silent people see them cynically.

i think real intellectual women won't be flight attendants.
their academic backgrounds are not exceedingly high, soso.
for example, think about miss universe. they are beautiful but has to be
a little bit inttelectual as well. they have to not to be arrogant as well.
they take a step back to men.
stewardess are expected to be like them. it's a little exaggerating
example.

prestegious universitie's top students are mostly women.
they'll become lawyer or beaurocrats or bankers ,doctor, and so on.
they'll never become stewardess. we have dozens of woman congressmen
here. their ex occupation are not stewardess.

what we want to emphasize is that flight attendant(
regarded as just a server in western contries) is one of the
yearning occupations in japan.
there are many other intellecutual occupations and many women are
working in these fields.

Well if I would say she's beautiful or not...probably there are tons
of more beautiful girls in Japan but she is very cheerful.
She got a present and nice personality. We don't only see
her face but her personality.

As for stewardess, of course not for girls who have
graduated from Tokyo Uni or Waseda uni, dept of science and engineering...
but soso or upper middle class (do you understand? chuu no jou) type
of girls are yearning this occupation. I feel that's weird.

Angelina Jolie? she is a corrupt and mentally ill woman.
her inner side is chaotic.
what she is doing right now is just a catch. they got enough
money,then they want reputation.
on another note, i think she is not so beautiful. i think she is american
oriented actress.
like her thick lips and her racially ambigous looking.

her boobs are real. so that's the merit over kano kyoko for sure.

He uses us too much...we need to hide in the concentration camp,

But Shiraishi Minoru is funny!

When i first went to 4chan i was shocked to learn in japan they drew
porn of their cartoons, and even more shocked by the many more fetishes

Probably, depending on your P.O.V.
I have zero check on voice actors. I'd either have to ask my boyfriend
or my sisters to explain the insider jokes to me.
Though my sisters are slightly more into drama series than anime,
so I guess my boyfriend would be the one to go to.

I know (sort of) this US soldier who served in Iraq. He absolutely loves
Hirano Aya too, especially her songs. It was surprising to see a well-built
guy with scars across his face from combat and training with a room full of
anime figurines (literally hundreds of them!).

Personally, though, I'm not really into anime. Movies and books are more my
thing, I guess.

Who needs that when you hear about war, or European cannibals who eat their lovers.
Hentai and goatse isn't as sick as some of the things you hear on the news.
Especially when pedophiles, murderers and rapists are involved. Also, there
have been studies made on human behavior, such as the programmed fetish one,
which have hit the news/science magazines.

I wasn't a "hardened internet warrior". The first time I used the internet
was maybe in the 6th grade. However, my family subscribed to a scientific
magazine, among others, and I frequently read the newspapers, as well as
watching the news on tv. It is logical to assume that if there are people
who do that sick things they get pleasure out of (and get on the news for,
there are also people who do less bad things than them. This is why I didn't
even bat an eye the first time I saw some "hentai" porn. Seemed fairly
logical. Goatse's rumour preceded the actual image, in my case. I kept hearing
about it, so when I finally saw it I got confused, as I had expected something
worse than that.

There is one exquiste meatball chef in my city but I don't think

The PRC is not the DPRK. It is Kim Mew-Il who rules over the corrupt state
of the DPRK, letting his citizens starve in the street. I heard that he recently
ordered seven giant meatballs which were so big, they could feed the entire
population. But apparently he ate them for his birthday celebrations instead.
He is a sick cat.

The PRC protects all its cats, however. Everycat is cared for and fed as if
they were my own kittens.

score at least 80 on TOEFL iBT. Now,I'm studying hard almost everyday.
But,I don't know where on the earth to up writhing score. I'm not
entering any TOEFL school,so no one mark my answer sheet.
The TOEEFL TEST to me is very hard exam. I have started to prepare for it
since may this year. Neither you have good input skill nor can improve
output skills such as writing and speeking. So, from May to July,
I spend my time in which tried to increase vocabulary, to listen text.
But those was not at all complete to prepare exam.

She's been with him since his father is a professor of her field of study

I've never heard or seen it used in an actual sentence before. From what
I understand, though, it is to have an opinion on something based on how
it acts. If you like someone based on how they act, and dislike things
about them when they act differently, it is conditional. In this case,
everyone is conditional in some way.

Salt water taffy sounds really tempting!
Is that the specialty of Cape Cod?
In Japan, 'sweets + salt' is in fashion right now, such as
taffy with crystalized salt, chocolate with crystalized salt, cookies with
crystalized salt, etc.etc.
Salt tastes good in the extreme heat we are experiencing now.....
>>466
Yes, it is the specialty of the Eastern coastal US, including
Cape Cod.
It comes in all the flavors of regular taffy (chocolate, fruit
flavors, mint etc.) except it is a little salty. The story is
that there was a big storm in the 1800s where the waves came into
a candy store in New Jersey and made the candy salty. So the
owner sold the taffy as "salt water taffy" and it was a big hit.
Enjoy!

Some of them had stared me with their innocent eyes. They were soooo cute like an angel.
I wanted to embrace and kiss them!

They were incredibly cute.
It's much different from Asian children.

"Ain't" is used just about entirely in the USA. It is used as a form of
"am not", "is not", "has not" or "have not". However, the only proper use
out of all those is "am not". In the UK, in some dialects, "an't" is used
and has been used for centuries.

Haha, not many people even in the UK know who Lloyd-George even was. I'm glad

My accent, though, is hard to describe, because it's kind of a mongrel accent.
Think a bit along the lines of Hugh Grant's accent but mixed with a bit of
Ian Paisley (my "r" sound is quite hard, picked up from my father's accent).

I'm not really a fan of Wayne Rooney, but could you please explain the joke?

the joke: a lot of us Japanese have difficulty in pronouncing

So, a friend of mine who has a fascination with Russia just told me
some rather disturbing things, and now I'm feeling sort of worried.
I don't want to live in a world with WW3.

According to him, Russia kicked out all foreign media today (CET).
Which is the day after they started flying bombers across the
atlantic ocean. That in combination with their new extremely quickly
built missile system is quite disturbing. As if something is going on.

I hope he's just being paranoid and somewhat exaggerating =(
We still have media in Russia, but they have stopped broadcasting BBC programmes
on Russian FM radio as of today.

The long-range bomber flights is something they have resumed after 15 years,
like they did during the time of the Cold War. Missile systems, however, I
don't really know about. Even we're updating our missile systems, getting more
nuclear submarines and some much larger warships, but don't think we're in
danger of attacking anyone.

He's sort of a military geek. Not really, though. He's not a fascist,
he's not a communist, but he likes some of the anarchistic ideals.
I wouldn't know where I'd place myself in a political spectrum.
I think extremism is foolish, though. But trying to sit in the center of
everything isn't really optimal either. Like I said, I don't quite know.
I do however like hearing different people speak about their ideals,
what they think they would bring and why they think it's the best
solution. That hardly means I agree, I just find it valuable to see
what people consider important, what they want, what they disagree
with and why. No population will ever be homogenous, no matter
how much some wish it could be so. Nor do I think this would be
a good thing, innovation would die. Too many extreme diversities
is hardly good either. I want to understand the world better, in the
hopes of somehow being able to see how to help making it work
as well as possible. I'm sort of a silly dreamer, I wish there
would be some way of making everyone happy, but there isn't.
So I wish I knew, that I understood, how to at least make life better
for enough people. Pointless suffering is one of the things I find
highly disturbing.

Yeah, use of the word "scum" is intentional, but not really seen as a 'cool'

I can't say a word...

In the UK,short-cropped hair seems to be more popular among
youngsters. Beckham chaged his hairstyle to buzzhair.
I don't know it has something to do with this trend.

British people on the whole look rural and homely... far from
typical image of british gentlemen in japan.
I wonder why industrial revolution rose up from this tiny island..

Just curious and wonderous. no ill intention..

In general, shorter hair is more fashionable these days (mine's not really so
short) in the UK. You're right though, Beckham has inspired quite a few fashion
trends over here in the past.

As for the Industrial Revolution, I guess we just happened to be well organised
at the time, with the right facilities for such developments. Remember, though,
the British Empire was much bigger at the time and there were many more people.
Having such a distribution of people might have allowed a wider variety of ideas.
Things are very different these days, though.

This story has been popular among only a few game mania in japan...

I may be wrong. I just happned to see the topic in game thread of 2ch. "all yuur base are
belong to us" may be more popular than I have thought. Of course it was
well known in small circle before 1998.
Is "all your base are belong to us" popular among european people?

Btw I did several dozen loops, using stop botton.
I wanted to see the real ending. But Mega Drive
freezed before i can see it. As long as I confirmed, The stories
rotated again and again. But My memory is obscure..

Lines of "cats" gets less serious and meaningless.
Cats said words like "pee-pee" "doody". "Cats" also expressed the
arraingement of pointless and scattered words like だばばびがががあ.
Zerowing of megadrive seemed to make mock of people who continue playing
monomaniacly the hardest game to see the real ending.

Difficulty of the game gets harder and harder. And after 3 to 4loops, it
gets back to the first loop again. Its difficulity was beyond human
ability. I used stop button..

Arcade version is well known for its difficulity too. Some God
gamers archived 10000000 though. As for stage accomplishment,
4-2 is recored.

The band consisted of Japanese and American members, the lyrics of
their songs were written both in Japanese in English, Takekawa majored in
English at Gaido Uni. and his English pronunciation was good when he was
singing the English versions........
All those factors gave Japanese audience the impression that Takekawa
was fluent in English, but that actually was not the case.
Their song writer Yoko Narahashi also said in an interview that
Takekawa once tried to write lyrics in English, but they totally lacked the
rhythm peculiar to English.

I'm sure he was able to communicate to a certain extent, but obviously
not as fluently as Japanese audience expected back then.

Hello, I am looking to meet Japanese people.
I am 17 years old.
I live in Chicago in the United States.
I am a new to 2channel, so I don't really know what I am doing -_-.

I want to become fluent one day ^_^.
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.

Thanks!

In japan there is little history of singer and songwriters.
Our rock music history is not as deep as western one too.

Most of enka musician(japanse folk singers?) can't compose.
They are only required to sing somebody's song well.

Elvis was a rock musician. He has lots to be compared to.
So He may well be relatively small.

porn anime culture sometimes forces us to concern about distinction between real issues and imaginary affairs.
However, we shouldnt forget porn animes is working as safety valve of frustration for persons who have never got up their sexual appetite.
In other words, the culture reduces criminals derived from the sexual appitite.
From a viewpoint described above, I think we should accept this culture,

There is some (well a lot, actually) of anime out there which
has a weak story but tons of fan service. I avoid those shows.
And we have our share of offensive shows here too--"South Park"
or the earlier "Beavis and Butthead" come to mind.

But there's so much good anime available. I own most of Miyazaki
Hayao's fims, which I bought for my kids. I think "My Neighbor Totoro"
is one of the best films for children ever made--it captures the world
of a child's imagination so beautifully. With the exception of The Lion
King and Mulan, I'm not too crazy about much of the Disney stuff--too many
princesses finding their prince and living happily ever--gaak.

One of my friends told me he earned ¥400,000― on the Comike(pure profit).
Earning 400000 yen for three day is very surprising!
What a big business it is!

There are even bigger groups that earns over 10 million yen through
the Comike.
Over 300 thousand people get together to take part in the Comike
in Tokyo. Although I've never been to Comike, I took part in
something like "after Comike party" where people who bought a
lot of stuff in the Comike show came along. Some items looked
very expensive.
The most expensive things I saw there were in the range of 2000 or 3000yen
per issue. Given that those were the most popular, and thus stocked large
numbers, it's not surprising to see the more established artists rake in
huge piles of cash.

I have a question to foreigners.
How do you think about shotacon(boylove yeah, kinda pedophile)?
Shotacon is Japanese traditional thing. Many of Samurai loved beautiful little boys.
ya.I am shotacon too.and there are many Shotacons in Japan.
I have Shotacon American friend he is same as my age 17years old.
but I think British really hates shotacon. righ?
dont be racist to shotacon. there are maybe some bad shotacons, but it is same as only girl lover.
there are also stupid only girl lover.
but we unstupid shotacons dont do stupid thing to kid. We just love them as you love girls (I'm bi thoug.but I like boys better)
We need understandable shotacon by foreigner. Im serious.
and also I think gay is ok. cuz its free to love anyone. sex is no matter.isnt it?
boy have sex with girl ya its just for make baby. I want to have my child too. I want to marry with girl.
but YOU should think of Shotacon culture and understand.
and if you like. you can take part in Briliant Beauty of little boys. thank you.
Im waiting for your amazing answer. My American shotacon friend is Riley.
If you want him to join this thread, ask me. my english is really poor LOL..

Your English is terrible but far better than average 17 year old high school
kids in Japan. You must have lived in an English speaking country.
I'm a foreigner. I don't have any interest in 'shotacon' myself, but if
nobody gets hurt and its all in your mind, then I don't see any problems.
>>796

Well, I'm 16, and personally can't stand the thought of being with a man older than me. Or a man at all for that matter.

But I guess I understand, everybody's different.

HOWEVER, isn't it illegal to be with somebody younger than 18 in a sexual relationship?
I'm thinking 'shotacon' doesn't extend beyond the realm of fantasy and
dojin. At least, under normal circumstances....hope not, anyway.

My amazing answer is that you shouldn't express those views if you
ever visit America. Sex offenders are considered the lowest of the
low here, and anyone over the age of 18 that has sex with anyone
under the age of 18, even if it's consensual, is considered a
sex offender for the rest of their life. And you go to jail for that.
Shotacon, lollicon, whatever, it's unacceptable here.

The only thing America hates more than Uwe Boll movies are sex offenders.

Even the inmates at jails will mess up pedos..
I'm pretty sure prison inmates would mess up Uwe Boll, if they had half
a chance. But his "movies" are just part of a German tax evasion scam
anyway...
It's more of a universal thing. Alexander the Great, Caeser and
Napoleon. All these masculine war heroes shagged young boy's asses
as much as they liked, just like Nobunaga did. Greeks and Romans were
very open about it before Christianity came along to make things
more dull. And not precisely British, but the writer Oscar Wilde
was put in jail for boy-shagging. It's basically nothing special.
Sorry if I'm wrong about Napoleon, maybe it was the great Mongolian
leader Gen-ghis Khan or somebody. Just don't get caught. That's all
I have to say.

Sexual deviate pervert like him is still loose in Japan.
He is under the illusion that to have sex with child has been admitting by law.
but actually, the law against child porn manga is present.
shotacon is meaning the people who are loving to have sex with children.
exactly it is the image of pedophile.
and he is showing a fake image about it to us deliberately.
shotacon would be go downhill because of people who mouth off about shotacon like him.
If there's laws against child porn manga, then the enforcement of them
is extremely lax. I went to the Comike, but even locally, stores selling
H-games don't seem to be worried about hiding their material.
