Again dear all of American citizens,
On the basis of the intension of the victims’ families and the progress of the matter, I, as one of Japanese, beg(or request) you all from the bottom of my heart to add the abduction matter(or affair) on the list.
By the request from the victims’ families and their friends in Japan who never give up believing in their existence in all safety, our Japan has required to return all abductees for NK safely and immediately. And also we are requiring the delivery of the executioners and their superiors of kidnapping protected by NK.
As a results of the Japan-NK summit meeting in 2002,with the cooperation of your country and others, the 5 victims could return alive and safely.
But they have to wait patiently for NK to let the children and the spouse return, because, still now in North Korea, Kim Jong-Il kept their family as "hostage." And many more families are unreasonably obliged by the dictator to live far from their dearest child or grandchild who is not ever met yet for the family.
On the aforesaid article in the newspaper,
it said that the abduction matter was not included in the reasons why your assembly required the improvement of human right for NK.
It will be a great help for us that you add the abduction issue on the list of human rights problem of NK.
NK simply led away the citizens of a country which does not have even diplomatic relations, unjustly, for just political reason for NK.
The abduction is not only a violation for human rights, but also a terrorism for the freedom and the citizens living good which still under way.
When the bill is submitted for requiring the improvement of human rights issue to North Korea, I, as one of your ally citizens, from bottom of my heart request you to put one word of “ABDUCTION

>>127 The song called, "Country Road", which was born in your country, is also well-known here in Japan. I've heard that the scenery described in the lyrics doesn't actually exist in West Virginia. I knew about it in a TV program. The program was actually leased by a TV station here from the U.S., so you might have watched it already.
>>126 Your country has only one national radio station and no "public broadcasting", so I guess it would be hard for you to understand that some people in Japan refer to a certain Japanese public broadcasting station as, "National Broadcasting service". A national broadcasting station is defined as one which uses a part of the national budget as the station budget and for each and every item of the station budget. The Japanese public broadcasting service, too, has its own share of the national budget, but it's limited to some specific items in the station budget. That's why it cannot be called, "National broadcasting service".
