Therefore, I prefer that my co-worker has a good ability and knowledge on a specific field about our project and he always keeps his word. As specific reasons, I can illustrate that his good ability and knowledge assure me to leave some task to him and a man of his word gives me confidence in predicting what is going to happen when I share an assignment with him.
My primary reason for a co-worker is his ability and knowledge on a particular field for our project. Suppose I am your partner. One specific example of this is that if I do not possess ability and knowledge on our project, you have to educate me about it. This is critically contradictory to the notion of a partner, because my being is originally supposed to help you but in reality I do not support you at all; rather, your task is doubled because of me. However, if I know our project well and have a good ability to handle any issues concerning our project, we can share some tasks and we can do better and finish our project earlier than you do the project alone.
Another reason for a co-worker is that he is always true to his word. Again suppose I am your partner. If I am a person who surely does what I say, you can confidently share your job with me. On the contrary, if I break my promise, what will happen? One day, both of us might have to be in an important meeting, but I am late for the meeting. That ultimately may lead us to losing a very important contract. Since we are partners and that means both of us are responsible for our project, my reluctance will give you disadvantage, too.
My primary consideration with regard to my co-worker is whether he is dependable or not. Therefore, I prefer that my co-worker is a person who is familiar with the specific field concerning our project and always makes his word good. (360 words)
