洪水で首都が完全に沈没しているのにフィリピン人が楽しみすぎている

6日からマニラを襲った大洪水により現在２００万人規模のフィリピン人が非難生活を余儀なくされている。
しかし非現実的な事態を思った以上にフィリピン人は楽しんでいるようだ。
勿論本当に困っている人達が殆どだろうが、こういうのも楽しめる人間は強いなーと思う。
