このイベントを開催したのはMattTaylor氏と朝山貴生氏の二名である。
World Peace Music Awardの発案者であるMatt Taylor氏は過去にタイタニック財団の日本代表であると自称してタイタニックの遺品を展示し、日本で寄付金を集めた。
タイタニック財団に寄付された金品の行方については第三者機関による監査を含めて何の報告も無い上に、タイタニック財団の日本のドメインは現在無効になっている。
そのMatt Taylor氏がまた財団を作った。今回は朝山貴生氏という人物が一緒である。朝山貴生氏は、表向き4Dmatrix社というベンチャー企業を経営しているが、彼は日本国内で違法な内容のポルノサイトの運営で成功した。今でもその経営を続けている。
4dmatrix社はそれらのポルノサイトの管理運営をしているのである。
