At the present time, NetCaptor doesn't support Google's new toolbar. Microsoft
Internet Explorer defines an API that allows developers to create custom
toolbars. The problem is that this API requires a single browser. Each browser
has to open its own copy of the toolbar. Because NetCaptor opens multiple
browser windows we can't support this API because of its single-browser
requirement.
