SP3導入後、起動できない場合 or STOP c0000139 Unknown Errorがでる場合

SP3インスト後、再起動する前にdos上で行うべし
REN C:\Windows\System32\GDI32.dll GDI32.dll.old
copy C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386\GDI32.dll C:\Windows\System32\GDI32.dll
再起動した場合は、回復コンソールor起動disk必須

原因は、KB948590を導入していると、
GDI32.dllが、SP3導入時に上書きしない為、バージョン不整合になるから

アンインスト方法は
回復コンソールor起動diskから行うべし
batch c:\windows\$ntservicepackuninstall$\spunins\tspuninst.txt
