にWin2K入れて実験してみた。
いろいろ削っていったら、以下のような結果になりました。
HDはFATです。
起動時間（電源スイッチオン後）：約29秒
起動直後の消費メモリ：29,684KB
起動してるサービス：

Plug and Play

起動ドライブ全消費容量 ： 432,340,992 バイト
ページファイル ： 100,663,296 バイト
WINNTフォルダ ： 297,664,512 バイト
Program Filesフォルダ ： 21,200,896 バイト
Documents and Settingsフォルダ ： 21,200,896 バイト
なかなか快適。
ディスクレスは無理そうだけど、これなら256MB×2構成のシリコンディスクでも行けそうな予感。
