Still... I resist the temptation and vote for one of the best Tsundere charas in my memory.

That face. That is the highest criterion of Moe for me - girls feeling Moe themselves.
San can also pull off the pseudo-deadpan Flat voice.
These are just 2 reasons why I vote San over Tsukasa today.
Don't get me wrong, I've forgotten to breathe from Tsukasa Moe before (e.g. Hurdles! Deer!) BUT San's antics and logic beat even that.
Extra bonus points for being able to summon the Yuyuko Aura (sakura petals)
