DHLのイリノイでストップしてて8月1日までに付かなければ返金できるって事かね?

The tracking number GM************** currently shows having processed through the Illinois DHL stop. The website that you can track that at is
webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com.
Once an international package has been in transit for 21+ business days it is necessary to look
for it and then determine if it is eligible for a replacement or refund. The 21st business day for your package will be 8/1/11.
We do need to confirm customs does not have the package so that we can issue a replacement.
You can attach that information on an email or fax it to us at 336-956-3846.
If you're not able to provide that information for us we are only able to offer a refund
less shipping and handling and less 20% for the restock fee.
When issuing an international replacement order it is required that we place a temporary
$1 per item charge plus the cost of UPS shipping. This method allows 2 to 4 business daysfor delivery.
