The parcel of my order (#XXXXXXX) has been delivered recently.
Today I unpacked it for the first time and found that the bottles
and cushionings in the package are all wet and greasy.
I didn't know at first why it was so, but came to know soon that
it is cream leaked out from one bottle of collagen and placenta
night cream (Prod. No.2700). Not a small part of cream has already
been leaked and spreaded out in the package. This is not for my own
personal use, but I ordered it on behalf of my friend.
The photo is attached for your reference.
So, I would like you to re-send 1 pc. of COLLAGEN AND PLACENTA
NIGHT CREAM (Prod. No.2700) to me as a substitute.
