In reply to your inquiry, you place an order on 03/09/04 (order # 309044xxxx) for a subtotal of $108.99 and the new shipping charge of $57.81 (grand Total $166.80). I can credit the difference on that order and only that order, any order on would be the new shipping charge. We charged $57.81 and 25% of $108.99 is $27.24, a difference of ($57.81 - $27.24 =) $30.57. Which I will apply to your credit card. Order # 309044xxxx was on the same credit card and in your name at the same address. It is the only order we will credit back the shipping difference. The credit was issued for $30.57. If there is anything else I could help you with just let me know. Have a great day.
I'm surprised to read your commnet, and have to say I can't accept your reasoning at all in your mail.
I know you have allowed not a few Japanese customers the return of shipping charge difference saying "OK just for this once" for orders placed around 03/21/04. This has been frequently discussed on internet BBS in Japan.
WHY NOT FOR MY CASE ? It is absolutely unfair.
=================================== Order#309044xxxx placed on 03/09/04 ===================================
It is perfectly natural that you should return the difference $30.57 (for order #309044xxxx dated 03/09/04) to me since having applied a new shipping charge to this order was a 100% your mistake. On the date of 03/09/04, you still showed a 25% shipping charge for international order on website, and no argument is required for your returning the difference. Please arrange the return, but your "OK just for this once" should not consumed for this order. This is just your mistake.
These two orders was placed not knowing your new shippng charge. Probably, all the international customers didn't know on the date 03/21/04 that you had changed shipping charge policy. Because there was/is no specific message on your website calling attention of international customers to this big change. You just deleted the word 25% secretly from the website and waited for a big order with your mouth shut. This attitute seemed to me quite unkind, insincere, and unjustifyable. Anyway, such being the situation, I placed big and heavy orders. If I had known your new shipping charge, I NEVER, NEVER had placed these two orders.
Accordingly, I strongly request you to return the difference $39.33 ($14.93 + $24.4) "only for this once", just like you allowed other Japanese customers.
The parcel of my order (#XXXXXXX) has been delivered recently. Today I unpacked it for the first time and found that the bottles and cushionings in the package are all wet and greasy.
I didn't know at first why it was so, but came to know soon that it is cream leaked out from one bottle of collagen and placenta night cream (Prod. No.2700). Not a small part of cream has already been leaked and spreaded out in the package. This is not for my own personal use, but I ordered it on behalf of my friend. The photo is attached for your reference.
So, I would like you to re-send 1 pc. of COLLAGEN AND PLACENTA NIGHT CREAM (Prod. No.2700) to me as a substitute.
To whom it may concern, (または Dear Customer Service,)
With regard to my order (注文番号、日付などを書く)、 I'm afraid that the total amount you will charge might be over my card limit.
I would like to know that you've successfully drawn the total amount you charged from my credit card acount. Anyway, I will add money into my card as soon as possible.
I have not received any reply to my previous mail so far, and presume there are still some misunderstandings, or something you can't understand.
So, let me explain it once again, and would like also to correct a part of my previous calculation as under.
=================================== Order#309044xxxx placed on 03/09/04 ===================================
As you suggested in your mail, please arrange to return the difference $30.57 (for order #309044xxxx dated 03/09/04). For this order. there is no change in amount for return.
I have contacted the credit card company and learnt that the amounts you have billed to my credit card account for these two orders are completely DIFFERENT from what you first confirmed by your order confirmation mail. This is a big surprise for me and I can't understand why you made such mistakes. This is really confusing.
Anyway, as my previous calculation was based on your order confirmation mail, and now I know those amounts are wrong, I would like here to correct and revise the amounts for reutrn strictly based on the actually billed amounts.
So, please immediaely arrange to return the revised amounts of difference to me, that is to say,
$20.13 for Order#170xxx (03/21/2004)(refered to as [B - A] in the following calculation) $26.61 for Order#170xxx (03/21/2004)(refered to as [D - C] in the following calculation).
Details of revised calculation are as follows.
If there is anything you can't understand, please let me know where it is.

No rational explanation has been made on these two orders. You are just wasting time, and you should note the followings.
$20.13 for Order#170xxx (03/21/2004) $26.61 for Order#170xxx (03/21/2004)
As I said before, not having called any particular attention to this big change on your website, and just by deleting only the word "25%" secretly on small & deep corner of your website, your assertion of applying your new shipping charge to these two orders is completely UNJUSTIFIABLE under any law in any country.
Then, I strongly request once again that you should return the difference ($20.13 & $26.61) to my account. I have to tell you I would be obliged to consider puttng my whole payment for these two orders SUSPENDED if I could not recognize the return by April 22, Japan Time.
In reply to your inquiry, Your credit card was credited $30.57 on 03/25/04. If there is anything else I could help you with just let me know. Have a great day

Just behind the spot where Li had pitched his tent, at the Supreme Court petition office, a group of some 150 men milled around the entrance. They were not petitioners but officials from various provinces there to pick up any stragglers who had made it to the capital. Often, according to petitioners, the officials pretend to help the visitors, befriending them in a familiar dialect, before hauling them off to the railway station for a forced ride home. As for Li, chances are he was swept up in a similar fashion. He will probably be back before long. After all, he has traveled to Beijing 150 times and been thrown out on each occasion. What is just one more trip for these veterans of lost causes?
On May 3rd, 2004, Giant Magnum will enter the ring wrestling for New Japan Pro-wrestling at the Tokyo Dome.
Giant Magnum began his training for wrestling last fall here at the Funking Conservatory. His trainers are myself and the only other trainer certified to teach at the Funking Conservatory, The Royal Stud, Adam Windsor.
Giant Magnum has learned fast. He is taught in shoot/work wrestling. Magnum is very strong and has an agility not found in other big men. His favorite moves are a smooth fireman's carry, a quick single leg pick up, a double wrist lock and a special Japanese reverse leg pickup. He attended his first wrestling match at the Dory Funk Arena at the age of 17. Magnum broke the chair he was sitting in. He was told by our TV Producer Marti Funk to bring his own chair when he came back. In August of 2003, Giant Magnum returned to the Funking Conservatory. He didn't need his own chair because his commitment was to train to become professional wrestler.
Giant Magnum was born on a US air base in Iwa Kuni Japan. His parents were living at the Yakoda military base in Tokyo. Magnum returned to America at the age of six months. Giant Magnum is 7' 2" tall and weighs 320 pounds. He is 20 years old. He was home schooled through high school by his mother, Beth Jarvi.
Giant Magnum's athletic background is kick boxing and ballet. He was kicked out of junior league football because the parents felt he was dangerous to the smaller kids. Magnum has been scouted by West Texas A&M University Football Coach, Ronnie Jones as a potential tight end for the Buffaloes next year.
Giant Magnum will return to the Funking Conservatory from Tokyo, Japan to participate on our May 9th show at the Dory Funk Arena, "Breakout." お願いします。
