>>15 Its like a youtube. you can watch all kind of Japanese videos, TV drama, game show, music PV, all kinds of animations.. videos up to 60min. so you get to see everything....
The Sam tron is 2D Game player. It is not 3D Game player. You might be a dot player. You will like pictures that exchange one dot and change. You must evolve early. It is not FPS.
And don't get offended by this, but personally I don't find Emily's live interesting (so I don't go there), coz we can't put to use the good point of Stickam. That is, bilateral "communication" in a word. Just sitting and viewing her live gets me nowhere, but that's me.
By the way, I thought Emily speaks Jap most of the time when she was live. Do you speak it, too?
Have you ever played Final Fantasy series for super nintendo? I like oldiers like those games. Sure, graphics of recent games are highly refined but stories are not so well thought out.
By the way, let me introduce an RPG, free software. It's "Seraphic Blue". The game is really awsome. If the english version was made, it would be really popular among oversea people. It usually takes 50 to 60 hours to clear the game. What a volume!
Really sophisticated story and exciting battle system... I think it's a masterpiece. Study Japanese and try this game, Samantha!! I promise this game is worth it!!
I would love it if Magi came here! >>44 That game looks really cool! I'll try to play it. I can play the Japanese RPG with a little help. I completed MOTHER3 twice and it's only in Japanese. I love MOTHER3!!!!!! (My favorite)
I must say the creator of this uses difficult kanjis (big words) on purpose, but that makes this more interesting with the well-thought-out criss-crossing story-lines which will be put together beautifully at the end. Hope you'll enjoy it and add it to your fav game lists. :)
>>49 You're right. But is that a problem? Samantha uses PC, right? hehe
Ah, I forgot to mention this. Check this site as well. It's the author's official webpage: http://www2.odn.ne.jp/~caq12510/ Haha, the number of people who visited there...is over 3.7 million.
A walkthrough site that some fan of this game made is also introduced there.lol
If you need helps, I'd be happy to help you too. Soooo, see ya!
>>59 Can you teach me how to say "Are you going to buy something or are you just going to touch everything?" I can't post on 2ch at my home. Oh, and for that game, I don't have a PC. I have a Mac. :(
>>71 Wow,You are a sensibility near the Japanese. The tradition food of Japan is better for the body though a Japanese young person also eats the hamburger well in reality.
I saw your vedeo. Is the Samtron a Sega mania? Game Otaku in Japan is ability high. Though it doesn't come to 2ch. Or, is it a hardware mania? The Sam tron might be an action player. You have the sense. Shoes are lovely.
>>73 So obesity is a big problem. I heard that it is a matter of debate whether or not obesity operation, i mean, like gastric by-pass operation is ok for big boys.
>>64 If you have more questions about the Japanese language, feel free to keep on asking. I think people in here will be happy to teach you some Japanese. And I'm one of them. :D
Rumor said it that Samtron is already KGKGKG's girl. Everyone can't figure out why she chose him. Is it because he pretends to be gentle to girls? I thought he tried to make Magibon his girlfriend with all his might.
Well, I'm leaving work early today, for Halloween. I'll make a new VLOG tonight, but it might not be posted for a few days. Newest video about Incredible Crisis game on PS1 (Tondemo Crisis JP) So please watch out for that!!! Happy Halloween everyone! See ya!
KGKGKG is the kind of person who belives he can enjoy this anonymous posting system, but most of us here can smell and detect him easily. It's really disgusting that he plays a gentleman when posting with a tripcode, while he's not when he's anonymous. That's part of why he's the most disliked person in this board. That is, do-gooders like him are not popular everywhere.
>>164 Nothing happened. Just the first of the month, so lots to do around the store. Everyone else calls me "Samantha I need this Samantha I need that" and it sucks really bad. All I wanna do is sit at home and play games!!! >>163 Paying rent is no good. I live at home with my mom, but she still makes me pay my share of the bills.
Next time you need to return something and they are giving you a hard time!!!!!!!
A woman went to a WalMart service counter and told the clerk she wanted a refund for the toaster she bought because it won't work. The clerk told her that he can't give her a refund because she bought it on special.
Suddenly, the woman threw her arms up in the air and started screaming, "PINCH MY NIPPLES, PINCH MY NIPPLES, PINCH MY NIPPLES!!!!!!"
The befuddled clerk ran away to get the store manager in front of a growing crowd of customers. The manager comes to the woman and asks,"Ma'am what's wrong?"
She explains the problem with the toaster, and he also tells her that he can't give her a refund because she bought it on special.
Once again, the woman throws her arms up in the air and screams, "PINCH MY NIPPLES, PINCH MY NIPPLES, PINCH MY NIPPLES!!!" which begins to draw an even bigger crowd!
In shock, the store manager pleads, "Ma'am, why are you saying that?"
In a huff, the woman says, BECAUSE, I LIKE TO HAVE MY NIPPLES PINCHED WHEN I'M BEING FUCKED!!"
The crowd broke into applause and her money was quickly refunded!!
>>170 Why don't you ask her out? Before that, don't forget to show your face to her. Be polite and a good boy. She'll accept your offer if you deserve her. Good luck.
>>186 asked if >>185 himself can make efforts to search for the info.
>>188 flatly denied Sam is 27, saying, "she looks as if she were fresh from a short college (meaning it takes about half credits to graduate from such colleges). Still I don't think it's good for her to smoke. The rate of suffering from cancer desease for those who both smoke and drink is 60 times highter than for non-smokers & drinkers.
>>192 asked >>191 favors like "please be patient with it. We are just here to communicate and chat".
>>201 shot a question. He said, "concerning the fact that Sam chan's not come here because you spupid maggots have been gibbering, I must say we should have fun chatting, what do you say?
>>203 pointed out the place where the poster in question (directly put, KGKGKG) appears will be burned to ashes.
>>220, No I haven't! I forgot to tell the reason. I wanted to put Japanese subtitles in my videos, so they are easier to watch for those that don't know English.
KGKGKG is shy and otaku. Especially, sticking to to race with white skin. And, a strange video is made. He thinks that you should retire. The reason is that it wants to go to North Korea with you. It is his home country.
>>239 To my knowledge, KG has never mentioned where his ancestors come from and so there's no wonder he's thought to be from there, and one thing is for sure; he's never categorically ruled it out. That is, he's sure grown up in Japan, but... you know what I mean. Anyways people take him as a joke. So let's not leave a chance for him to accost Samtron even on the internet.
>>241 Hmmmm, ok. Still, one problem is, what she talks about might be beyond reach of my imagination like she loves to talk about American games and I have no idea about them. So if there's someone that knows pretty much about the American cultures, I think he/she will live up to her expectations.
Um, I might sit on the fence for a little more while, coz I can't rule out the possibility that some other better translators than myself might come vist this thread. Sorry about that.
>>248 said, "Sam tan is live now. She's SOOOO CUUUUTE."
>>250 told us, "You know what? Sam chan was singing HIP HOP songs. She's multi-talented."
>>252 spoke his mind like "She may not be the most beautiful girl, BUT there's something mysterious about her. She's shining beauty.
>>253 tried to share his idea with others, quate, "she looks exotic, isn't she?"
>>254 replied immediately, "She talks a lot and yes she's cheerful and mysterious as well."
Between post numbers >>255-300(and over), they were discussing A)whether or not Samtron has a latino trace of her family tree and B)whether or not they got in her live room.
They seemed hesitant at first since they thought the use of the Japanese languege was not allowed in her room, but once they got in and talked to Samtron they noticed she was so nice, kind and really cheerful. Exerpt: (>>289) "She's really good. It's fun to talk with her, even though I don't understand fully what she says." (>>313) "Sam chan's chatroom is the most enjoyable. She's nice, bright and cute! She's bestest!"
Thanks >>397 I really do appreciate your help!! excite.jp doesn't translate very well...
Thanks to everyone that came to my live last night. I had a great time! I hope you did too! I will be live stickam tonight, 6 hours after this post. Please join if you want!
>>384 I don't think I'll watch your videos, but geez, from your post I assume that you've been hiding as an anonymous poster lately but you can't stop himself from being just anonymous now, and try to remind us that you pull strings behind the scene. You're getting creepier these days. That's why you're not popular here. You should deside which to choose, keeping anonymous or showing yourself, KG.
To learn the Buddhist Way is to learn about oneself. To learn about oneself is to forget oneself. To forget oneself is to perceive oneself as all things. To realize this is to cast off the body and mind of self and others.
I didn't leave indefinitely. I'm still here, thanks for the cool translation of my introduction! My newest video is ready, but I'm just waiting for my friend to have time for translation. Sorry I haven't posted lately, I was either busy working or off work. Please remember, when I'm off work, I cannot post at 2ch.
I wish we have a machine like this!!! I saw some movie not too long ago… In that movie, guy speaks into the “Megaphone” with English and comes out from other end as Japanese. then he goes WTF. I’ll buy one if anyone makes it!!!

417>> I used to play Dance Dance Revolution when 3rd Mix was released. It was a long time ago!!! 416>> I won't be dancing in this video... I'm sorry :( I already finished the video. I just have to post it. Maybe my next video will be of dancing... But I'm no good at dancing.
She changed her profile so that her videos will be categorized as "Japan". That made her videos much easier to be ranked in Most Viewed. She is not only cute but also clever.
This should be exactly how we Japanese learn English!! Sam tan, will you be thinking of making this take-anything-you- want kind of dancing videos? So that we can learn English from you?
hahahaha, Those videos are very funny! Yes, those are phrases you must learn when visiting America, because obviously America is very dangerous compared to Japan. It's quite funny to see someone smiling while saying "Please spare my life!", Just where are these women planning to visit? It's the ghettos of USA.
>>432 I don't need to use this phrase. 子を再生させるのは可能ではありません。 卵は産まれません。 レイプは私の恐怖ではありません。
>>442 Hahah, Yes I have been to NY ;) There are some very dangerous parts. But most of the U.S. isn't as bad as that place. It's still considerably dangerous compared to Japan though, even where I live. I guess it's not the most dangerous place in the world. >>441 Yeah, someday maybe I'll come to Japan, if I'm lucky!
New video will be uploaded hopefully in 6 hours. This time with Japanese subtitles.
>>455 Haha, of course you are. Well, Body guard is "youjin bou" in Japanese. youjin means "caution" and bou means "stick" respectively, so we just put them together. lol Meanwhile, boring is like sira keru in Japanese, sira is white and keru is kick, I know they're not understood in English communities.
>>455 what is exactly "thanksgiving"in America? we dont have anything like that... I've got this from my friend other day.
A lady was picking through the frozen turkeys at the grocery store, but she couldn't find one big enough for her family. She asked a stock boy, "Do these turkeys get any bigger?" The stock boy replied, "No ma'am, they're dead."
More seriously, you use the word "mechanical pencil" to describe the stuff to write with, but we name it "sharp pen", I'm not sure why, though. There are many more examples that seem like loan words from English but actually are not here in Japan, say, you can't be understood even if you say "get me the stapler!", instead, you should say, "hochi kiss". lol
>>457 Thanksgiving in America is supposed to be about giving thanks for our great land of America. It was said that Pilgrims and Native Americans ate a feast at this time, sharing everything. Today, Thanksgiving is about gorging food. Over-eating and becoming fat. Watching American football and being lazy. A day off of work. It also is the beginning of Christmas shopping season. Thanksgiving is my least favorite holiday.
Oh my god!! She's not yours now. Watch the video again. You should trade off some time and talk to her in person in proportion of allotted time you are left. Good luck! You'll need it.
I like scene of the collection of your game software and scene where you hit the button repeatedly. daytime of Friday now in Japan. A lot of Japanese will comment to your video when Japan becomes a night.
There is a laughter program of Japan that enjoys the situation . I think that it took it to the game. The comedy material of Japan is put. Irrational game is Incredible Crisis!
Hey, Samtron, you've already become popular here. :D Some of those people in here say that they want to play games with you. So have you ever thought of the idea that you actually did with some of them online in your live room?
みんな、なにやってんのコメント弾幕薄いよ!こんな楽しいビデオを作ってくれるサムちゃんに感謝しようよ All Japanese comment barrage thin. Let's wish to express our gratitude to Sam who makes such a happy video by us. http://youtube.com/watch?v=5FZvD_h3SWE
>>557 I MIGHT be seeing someone :P But... We aren't serious yet!! >>558 I would LOVE to do something like that!!! Maybe live stickam and on-line game simultaneously... Which games do you guys want to play? XBOX/PlayStation/Wii OK - NO PC GAMES!!! :(
>>562 You really have many consoles. :D Xbox is not selling well in Japan, so I heard. I guess there're at least a few people who have Wii here. Sadly i don't, though. I wish I did. orz
If someone can have a place in your heart instead of the guy, I'll shoot my hand in the air before other guys do so. Muhaha
>>562 what,s up. You should do Super Mario. Your game ability can be understood. About five minutes of the video are good. I think it is a little long.
I'm not going anywhere for Thanksgiving. I'm just going to stay home and eat Thanksgiving dinner with my family. I'm also filming a new video tomorrow!!! :)
>>592 Sorry to hear that, you have to work today. I thought you’ll be off today. It was a holiday in Japan too. It’s called “Thanks to working people’s day”
>>597 are you serious? Thanks to working people's day?! How awesome!!! :) Yes I had to work today, it was very busy, but I'm happy, because I want my store to make money.
>>605 604 is an answer of 603. Because a Japanese game was cleared. The Japanese is not good at reading English. It is not accustomed to English. It becomes tired.
>>612 I see. But I must get this straight. You said the Japanese was not accustomed to English, and I'm a Japanese who plays and enjoy video games in English. Of course, there are Japanese people who aren't used to the language, but they are probably not well educated in the English language. That's why. So please don't make assumptions. I'm living proof. lol
P.S. I also think it's great for Samtron to have completed a game in Japanese, coz Japanese isn't a must language to learn in America.
>>613 I completed it in Japanese, but I couldn't read the text at all. I had to use a translation guide to help out!! It's not easy to play an RPG in a language you don't understand.. But I love Mother so much! I waited 11 years for MOTHER3! I had to play it!
>>614 >It's not easy to play an RPG in a language you don't understand.. I agree. I wouldn't bring myself to even get a hand on a game if it's in spanish, germany or any other language I don't understand.
>I had to play it! That's the genius of you. You encouraged yourself to struggle. I believe, with this in mind, one can accomplish anything. Believing in oneself - We should always keep it in mind. Overexaggeration?
あなたのお店から日本へ輸出できますか?私は北米版ゲームを買うときあなたの店から輸入したい。 Your store can be exported from Japan? I have to buy the North American version of the game when you want to import from the store.
Probably samtron doesn't understand what those two posters are saying. In a word, they are having heated arguments whether or not it's burdensome to ask Samtron to export video games to Japan.
Personally, they should make up and enjoy this thread. Well, my prayers aren't answered, usually.
I'm not sure if this helps, but Samtron herself is a person with IT skills. For those who are not in the know, she actually runs a webpage. Have a look : http://www.samtron.1up.com/
>>668 I like the romantic type. I like the highly intelligent type, with a high IQ. If you want to be with me, you have to be very very smart. Looks aren't a major concern with me. Personality and intellect are more important. A interest in video games is also very important.
>>670 Very interesting to hear what type intrigues you. Well, then, I'll put together a space shuttle before applying to be your boyfriend. (jkjk I'm no engineer..
Anyways, those people in here, including me and >>671, are motivated to bone up on their IQs. Luckily, we have games that help highten one's IQ, such as "nou tore", which is directly put into "brain training" in English. hehe
I'm not NEET anymore because I have a lot of bills to pay. Life is expensive, even if you don't care too much about material things. Some people don't have that problem. I envy them.
>>714 That is kind of funny, but some of it I don't understand. Why are the men being beaten? For laughing right? I feel bad for the man trying to speak English. His English is better than my Japanese, that's for sure! You put any average American in front of some Japanese and ask them to read it, they will stare blankly at the characters. >>715 That's OK, that's why you need to watch my youtube when I upload a new video. You will know everything about video games soon! I'll teach everyone!
When you come to Japan, we should make love, Sam tan.
I'll caress you until you feel as if in heaven. Then I'll put my hand on your groin to check if you're wet, kiss and suck and taste your sweetness. You'll contort your face with orgasm. We'll love each other until we die.
Samtron is mine. Don't you ever think of standing in our way.
>>744 Actually, you couldn't be more wrong. I don't like typical American guys. I like guys that are foreign from America. Because I like different languages, and different cultures, it's more sexy if you have an accent when speaking English, or if you can speak a different language to me.
Holy shit I'm pure japanese but I can't speak Japanese even better than English!... Plus I love hamburgers, I only have Xbox and like to play Halo! This time I'm totally hopeless!!! X(
>>747 You sound really American :P Prove it for me, and I'll believe you! >>746 I can speak a teeny tiny bit of Greek, because my family is from Greece.
Oh, come on. Typical American guys look far better and sexier. You should wake up, Samtron. I tell you, it's troublesome to be with anyone whose English is hard to understand. I'm not a racist at all, but that's the truth.
>>750 No no no that's not what I meant. I meant bi-lingual. You have to know English. Knowing another language other than English is very sexy though :P
Speaking of working visa, I've heard illegal immigrants are a big problem in America and Canada. When I was on Youtube the other day, I noticed Youtube was used for public debates for election. And an MC introduced a video in which a poster asked about candidates's policies about illegal immigrants. I thought it was a really nice idea to ask for general opinions like that, anyway. It's a really direct way, isn't it?
I do see many illegal immigrants where I live, mostly from Mexico. But it's hard to assume they are illegal or legal immigrants. I don't know when I'll live next :( My next youtube video will be finished soon, I'm just subtitling it in Japanese right now. I'll probably go live again.... soon! Too bad Sunday here is Monday there! :(
But fortunately, it is still warmer in winter here than in Russia, I think. The problem is, gas price is going up worldwidely, partly because of the subprime loan issue. The news said prices pf consumer products will be heightened as well. That sucks!
I know what you mean. There are many Chinese illegal immigrants here in Japan, and you can't tell if they are legal or illegal from outside. And I doubt the gorvernment of Japan knows exactly how many.
>765 Ughhhhhh~~~ Don't even get me started on gas prices!!!! I wish we had a subway or train that went around the city. Even the city bus doesn't go everywhere in the city (Near my work) So gas is expensive for everyone! You know what I hate? People who want to drive SUV or Pick-Up Truck and don't need it. If they don't have to carry heavy things in their car, just their family, a sedan car is fine. I don't get it. They are so stupid.
>>767 Hahaha. Transportation systems in urban and suburban areas of Japan might be more developped. I'm not sure exactly what it is like to live without a car in America, but I guess America is too big to live without a car. And I totally agree with you in the point that one dones't need a car that needs and consumes lots of gas, yeah. True, it is showy and gorgeous, but not envionmentaly-friendly. I hope substitute clean energy will be found usable soon at a reasonable price.
>>745 I speak a little English. I know my English accents are horrible and sound strange to English speakers. Besides, my choice of English words probably is wierd and odd. Do you think you can still take it...? I hope you do.
I'm at work today, on Saturday. I locked one of the front doors to my store, because the wind keeps blowing it open.\ It's really funny, because every single person that comes in or out tries to used the locked door rather than the unlocked door. People are so weird.
October 2007 Hardware Sales Wii -- 519,000 Nintendo DS -- 458,000 Xbox 360 -- 366,000 PlayStation Portable -- 286,000 PlayStation 2 -- 184,000 PlayStation 3 -- 121,000
The new video is fun. I've never thought something like Power Rangers, which we used to watch almost the same kind of stuff as a child, was aired in America as well. What I found interesting was the part where you pretend to play the guitar and explain the colors of those protagonists depend on the color of their skins.. The black ranger is black, the yellow one is asian.. But there wasn't a white one of Power Rangers.
It's over. No one wants to pay attention to this thread any more. Bood bye, people.. Farewell. I had an incredible time wiz you, guys. And thank you, samtron. I'll never forget about you and your smiles.
As far as I've noticed, people on this board started complaining about it soon after Youtube performed regular system maintenance a few days ago. Now that Youtube has customized part of its pages for Japanese users officially, however, it's hard to believe Youtube will never allow Japanese phonts to be used there. The thing is, it musta been a mistake. So wait till the IT person who's put in charge of this knows something is wrong with jp.youtube.
Samtron just got up with a start from the nightmare that a dark-masked man chased her around. I mean, when she tried to take the mask off of him.. I believe it was the person who runs 7ch, makes videos for youtube and hits on girls online. You know what I'm saying? He's finally begun inhabiting and appearing in her dreams.
>>812 I have a feeling that lots of Japanese people mainly use "nico nico vids" now and it's because Youtube is mainly for Americans. So that Magi girl should move to nico nico if she really cares about Japanese viewers, which wouldn't happen, as i see it, though. She's more popular among Americans, you know, including those with a negative feeling towards her.
It's rumoured that Samtron already fell for KGKGKG's act. As most of you know, he's trully smart and romantic, and the most important of all the things, KGKGKG loves games too. There's no wonder she's in love with him. One can't live without the other.
You want to say she was tricked? No, she wasn't. She chose him. She started it on her own. KGKGKG didn't ask her out. It happened naturally. They attracted each other. That's all. Thank you.
Sam chan is an angel who came down to earth! Deffinitely!! I can see halo shining from behind her back, a loop floating over her head gracefully!! And I can see fire dancing in her eyes. She's as passionate as fire!!!!!!!!!!! I hope I'll see myself in her eyes next time!!
>>828 Sam chan is SO adorable and attractive that males around her won't leave her alone, but she said No and I believe it. I think you also feel releaved, right?
>>828 Haha! You're funny! Everyone smiles like that to me. Anyway, this is a boy of age 17, and I am 21. I would never have a relationship with a child! :P (Also I don't like Blond hair for men...)
>>838 I'm not sure it's correct. But I think he's been posting, using the name KGKGKG without a tripcode, yeah. He speaks a dialect Japanese, and he doesn't seem able to remove it online. I can easily detect him even when he's anonymous both in Japanese and in English.
Hey guys, I created a blog. It's in English though, I'm sorry! Maybe sometime I'll try to write in Japanese to help me study more. Anyway the link is http://www.samtron-5000.blogspot.com
By the way, have you heard that Nintendo stopped supporting Family Conputer (the japanese version of NEC)? I'm not sure if the same goes for NES, but at least you can't play those old titles for FM on the gadget if it's broken, since Nintendo won't repair the old console. I read about this somewhere online.
Good Morning (Or Good evening in America!) How's everyone??
>>917 Thanks for the kind words, I did know about the Nintendo repair support that you mentioned. The same is here, for the NES. But it doesn't matter, because I can repair the NES myself. Maybe one day I will make a video of instruction on how to repair the NES(FC), SNES(SFC), and Sega Genesis(Mega Drive). One of my hobby's is video game system modification!!
