Highschool Soccer in Japan

Shizuoka prefecture, located between the Mt. Fuji and the Pacific, had been recognized as a "Soccer Kingdom" in the past.
Shizuoka had enjoyed its time in highschool soccer; however, it has yielded its position as "Soccer kingdom"
to Chiba prefecture at the beggining of the last decade. Now the people in Shizuoka became unpopular for their reputation to cry
sour grapes after every major highschool tourney. There is even a term for these bad loser: "Shizuhiki".
"Shizu" means Shizuoka, and "hiki" stands for the withdrawals, or people without face-to-face social contact.
