Along with my findgs these three days, the major
differences between Kappa and Finke are the followings:
1) Finke has the clear views on the players' qualities, strengths, and
disadvantages; while Hage Kappa had just focused on the past
achievements of players.
2) Finke's training exercises are based upon the scientific and
rationales - each excercise has his clear vision on the tactics;
while Hage Kappa just appealed the players their motivations.
3) Finke is friendly and equally contacting all the players; while
Hage Kappa is discriminating some of players intentionally.
