NOT_LICENSED/ERROR_CONTACTING_SERVER error is reported by Market to the Poweramp in following cases:
- changed/edited/deleted google account on the phone.
Paid market apps are bound to the google account,
so if you change/edit/delete it, market can't recognize your purchase.
In this case you need to re-add that google account back to your phone
and/or select this account in Market app settings.
- Poweramp Full Version Unlocker is moved to SD card. Please move it to main phone memory, then reboot.

- obsolete Market cache. If you're sure you're using the same google account as you used for Poweramp purchase,
please try the following:
1. uninstall Poweramp Full Version Unlocker
2. in android settings => Applications => Manage Applications => Market => press Clear Data
3. install Poweramp Full Version Unlocker from Market (it should be "Purchased" for you, i.e. free)
4. start Poweramp as usual
- phone date/time is off. Please ensure you have correct date/time on your phone.
- internet connection is not available/unstable, or Market app is blocked from internet.
Please ensure you have up and stable internet connection and Market app is not blocked
by firewalls and loads ok, then start/exit Poweramp (with back button) at least two times.

PAライセンスをアンインスコして、Google Playのデータもリフレッシュしてから端末を再起動
もういちどライセンスをスマホ本体にインスコしなおす（SD不可）
バックグランドデータを有効の状態で
Google Playアプリをタスクキルしてない状態でPAを起動する
