To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this message to let you know how dangerous Ms. Fumie Suguri (a Japanese figure skater) to other skaters is.
I am not sure if Ms. Suguri had some intention to hurt other skaters simulating by accident, but I would like to tell you what Ms. Suguri did recently.

On December 27th of 2008, Ms. Suguri collided with Ms. Miki Ando during a 6-minute-practice of ladies free program at the Japanese Nationals.
As a result, Ms. Ando got an injury and lost to Ms. Suguri (Ms. Suguri received a silver medal and Ms. Ando received a bronze medal).
You may want to watch the movie of the accident at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gjoeY2YmYfU (please watch the movie at 2:04 min. The accidnt
was happened)

On February 6th of 2009, Ms. Suguri almost bumped into Ms. Mao Asada during a 6-minute-practice of ladies free program at the four continent figure skating championships.
Fortunately Ms. Asada avoided the near miss and she received a bronze medal.
You may want to watch the movie of the near miss at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYMsA-AlsUE

I would appreciate if ISU could tell this information to all competitors of World Championships to prevent from all accidents/injuryies.
