本代。送料。こちらからの返送料と3回連絡しないといけない。 order ID の裏側に返品理由を書かせるのは一体何の為なのかと小一時間ほど問い詰めたい。 結局そんなの読んでいなくて単に本代だけを返却してくる。文句のメールを送って やっと送料が返ってくる。さらに、返送料の分も返して下さい。とメールしたら 返品の理由が当方側に欠陥があった場合以外は出せません。と返事が来る。 だから「落丁」なんだよ!order ID の裏に書いた通り、欠陥なんだよ! 何の為にorder ID をいちいち件名に入れているかと…。 英国人ってこんなに仕事が出来ないとは思わなかったよ。 やはり.ukは使わない方が良いと思う。
