His claim should be clarified immediately, however, Japanese media or government might ignore the news again.

His alerts on Thursday is as follows.
1) Public officers in Kawasaki local government had given permission for construction although they realized that the construction might not meet the building codes.
2) A famous design office runs their business without required licence for architect.
3) Mr. Ojima and Mr. Fujita ware used as a scapegoats for larger crime.
He admitted both of them are guilty, however, there should be other participant to blame also.
