2) Sets SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
\W3SVC\Parameters\Virtual Roots\Scripts to ,,217
3) Sets SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services

4) Sets SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
\W3SVC\Parameters\Virtual Roots\c to c:\,,217

仮にこれと、cmd.exe, explorer.exeだけなら・・・

(2)〜(5)は、IISの管理GUIで直せるし、(1)は他人のマシン見て直せるし、
再インストールいらない気が (^_^;
