The detection of malware is the same. But the AntiVir PersonalEdition
Classic does not detect ad- and spyware.

仰るとおり、「アドウェアやスパイウェアはPremiumでしか検知できない」
そして、「ワームやトロイの木馬、ファイル感染型ウイルス、マクロウイルスなどの
検知力に差は」ありません(the same)、ということだね。

ところで、書き込み禁止になってたみたいなんだが、
