※Torは常に立ち上げ続けること。
これを必ずPrivoxyと組み合わせる。
1. Privoxyをダウンロードする。http://www.anime.net/~sasami/pub/tor/privoxy_setup_3_0_3-2.exe
2. インストール 起動
3. タスクバーの「Ｐ」を右クリック→show Privoxy window→opstions→Edit nain configurationを
　　開き最後尾に以下の行を追加。

forward-socks4a / localhost:9050 .

※こんな感じになる
# The "hide-console" option is specific to the MS-Win console version
# of Privoxy. If this option is used, Privoxy will disconnect from
# and hide the command console.

#hide-console

forward-socks4a / localhost:9050 .

4. Privoxyを一度終了し再起動。
5. HTTP, FTPなどのプロキシサーバをlocalhost（または127.0.0.1）の8118に設定
（SOCKSサーバを指定しないように注意）
※ブラウザに普通の串を刺すのと同じ感覚で　localhost:8118　を刺す。
※IPアドレスがTor経由に変わったかどうかはhttp://taruo.net/e/でチェック。
