ここを読むと、11月24日に販売店へ品物が届くはずだったのが遅れたようだ。
遅れる理由として、

recalled to correct something to do with the GPS and radio firmware.
So that delayed the USA release while they got the product correct to
avoid a larger recall in the USA.
とあり、GPSにも問題があったようだ。
話の元は「Yaesu USA sales dept. (in California) 」となっているので、信用出来そうだ。
