Negative effect of prohibiting the reproduction is big.
Negative effect biggest is that it can not be the quote of 2ch at SNS.
2ch has been used extensively as a forum for presentation of user generated content.
User generated content can not export external site, to the SNS.
This withering the creative activity of the user.
User wants that the excellent UGC is exported to the world.

So much money flowed, that people were drunk on the gold. They forgot about the important
things such as actually caring for the servers, and the people that are using 2ch.
That was a cannibalistic system, like eating your own foot if you are starving.
It has been explained in detail to me, and when it started in earnest and when 2ch started dipping
down are directly correlated.
