米国、生活保護者のギャンブル、飲酒禁止へ

米国の各州では、生活保護者にプリペイドカードを発行し、生活保護費をカードに給付している。
日本でも生活保護費をパチンコや酒場で使い、問題視されているが、米国も同様だ。

フロリダ州議会は、このほど州が発行する緊急カードの利用制限を条例化した。
来年2月14日から、酒屋、カジノ、ストリップクラブでの使用ができなくなる。
