↓こんなメール来たんだけど。他にも来た人いるかな？

Earlier this year you downloaded, installed and started running the United Devices (UD) software
which was conducting Cancer Research on your PC on behalf of Oxford University and the National
Foundation For Cancer Research. However it appears that
a short time later your PC stopped returning results for the project.
Please help us understand what happened by answering a few questions.
