新しい規制に問題はありません。そして、有料●は今でも優遇されています。

2ちゃんねる＆PINKの掲示板には、「timecount:timeclose」という設定があります。
これを上手く設定すれば、あなたの感じている問題は解決すると思います。

There is no problem in new system. And, Charge● are alway favored.

Do you know that every 2ch&PINK BBS has setting "timecount:timeclose" ?
Perhaps, if it is adjusted, problem which you feel now will be solved.

「timecount:timeclose」は「16:8」が基本になっています。
個人的にはだいたい、「3対1」くらいのレシオにするとちょうどいいと思います。
