We hope to change these two setting...

from BBS_MESSAGE_COUNT=2048 to BBS_MESSAGE_COUNT=3072

from BBS_LINE_NUMBER=16　to BBS_LINE_NUMBER=24

because we hope to make more easily journalistic and longer good news, editoral, and opinions.
