The pictures are very moving. I don't think there has ever been a super power that did not

Everyday, I drive by structures financed by the government of Japan, that say Japan Filipino
friendship on them. This nation was invaded by Japan as well during WW2. The spirit of
forgiveness and the compassion of a richer country, are obviously present here.
It would be nice if a better relationship with China could happen as well.
