An incident happened on the thread of >>769, it's been out of control.
I don't know Tsukimi-san at all, this is a reporting post from a neutral point of view.
The outline of the incident is as follows:
1. Tusukimi-san turned down the TECH's voting result; "TECH board to display ID" by reason that displaying ID might make many users hesitate to post their comments.
2. After that Tusukimi-san accidentally posted a comment without wearing his "Cap", revealing his ID.
3. Soon after that, Tsukimi-san posted another comment with his "Cap" worn admitting that the comment was posted by himself, then he went to bed.
4. Overnight into today, a person who had exact same ID with Tsukimi-san posted a comment on the thread the contents of which advocated Tsukimi-san's decision (not displaying ID on TECH).
5. People noticed that and accused him of his sockpuppet activity.
6. Tsukimi-san has denied the sockpuppet activity, he tried fusianasan but nothing could erase his suspicion because his ID had been already changed by rebooting router.
(According to him, he does turn the router power off everyday as a part of eco campaign.)
7. People have called Tsukimi-san to resign and also Jim-san to step in and investigate this incident.
