２人(男女１名づつ)の親切な事務員が、私の英語が拙いのに、誠意をもって対応してくれた。
彼らは、不平もなく１０分位対応してくれた。本当にありがとう。
私の要求はうまく伝えられなかったけど、近い将来Jamesが会社に来る時に電話をすると約束した。
私の英語が下手だから、以下のようなメールを"Racequeen Inc"の定形フォームからメールを送った。
"Rokka"に関して、私と"Racequeen Inc"との契約無効確認のメールをください。出来るだけ早く。

Two kind employees corresponded to my poor English explanation.
I promised kind male employee that I will call Mr.Jame later,however I am so poor that I decide to send a letter yo Mr.Jame.
By the why,I want talk about a contract of Rokka.
And I want to request you to terminate the mail from the form of "Rokka@Racequeen Inc" at at today(23,OCT,2013)
I pushed "ポチっとな" to confirm your company and term of service(TOS)",
because there is no TOS with the profile of "Racequeen Inc" .

TOS of internet service is needed in Japan.

【サイト利用規約が契約に組み入れられるための要件】

Then the top page of Rokka can not be accepted by the Japanese Consumer Contract Act.
The next page may be an invoce.
I can not accept with the TOS of "Rokka",because I DID NOT agree with your TOR in the Japanese Consumer Contract Act.
The confirm letter has not been sent from "Racequeen Inc"
Furthermore The put action of "ポチっとな" is ineffectual in Japanese law.
I declare that I shall not pay the Rokka service.
Then the mail will be terminated.
Please consider my declaration.

because this matter is extremely serious matter.
