I did:
rm -f /usr/local/etc/rc.d/apache2.sh
rebooted, and system still does not start normally. I do not know about this configuration or problem. It locks up on boot displaying the contents of an HTML file of sorts.
I have setup a remote ip KVM for you to try and work on the problem:

Click "Remote Access"
