we are testing it

we guessed something RAM problem on it
but it was not a RAM problem we found
because we have changed the RAM from Cobra2245

then Cobra2244 went down

Saturday and Sunday factory is not open so if it needs to go to factory, lets do it tomorrow, also they are not keeping stock of those motherboards because we are not ordering everyday so if it needs motherboard it may take 1 or 2 days to get new motherboard.

ok , please let me know when you take taht machine off from Rack
I will let Mumumu know about this too
we will work on that server tommorow

I won't take it off until you tell me. It is better to put notice on the site first and tell them we will troubleshoot it and it might take time. Then if I can bring to polywell around 11 AM they can find the problem by afternoon.

if they have the part they will fix it, if not they will have to order the part.
