Me:
I don't receive any ticket number (I think thie is auto reply from HE) but
I'm not received any return mails from HE. It is a problem, also.
Jim:
is the machine up again?
Me:
oyster175 replys from ping, but ssh login and web service port is now closed.
It returns simply 'connection refused'. I feel that these service is down now
due to disk hardware (disk itself and/or controller) trouble.
Jim:
yes I know, that machine is being located and looked at now.
