>>726 Jim-san,
I have a couple of mistakes for disk partiotioning.
Follows are correct one. Please discard ICQ'ed version.
Sorry for my mistake.
And as I said at ICQ, if you succeeded to upgrade the firmware of disk,
you need not to install FreeBSD, but I withdraw this saying.
Because, FreeBSD 5.2.1-RC has many new features and we would get
performance improvement of server by using them.
So, if your firmware upgrade operation is succeded or not, I want to
install FreeBSD 5.2.1-RC to oyster175. Therefore, I recommend to you
bringing a couple of spare disks (15krpm is better) before visiting HE's
NOC.
Seikou-wo inotte imasu. (I pray your success.)

And I have some requests the partitioning of FreeBSD as follows:
I want to install /, /tmp, /usr, and /var in first disk.
I want to larger /var for logging. Please allocate the partition
layout as follows:
/ 256M (default)
swap 4G
/tmp 4G
/usr 4G
/var 22G
And I want to whole of second disk is mounted on /home.
/home 35G (whole of disk)
