The way I sit like the opposite gender On 360-
Put /altf1 as your F1 Shortcut. Open the Actions menu thingy and perform a Bow (holding the trigger to bow like the opposite gender)
Once your character is at about the lowest part of the bow, on the D-Pad hit Right + B (twice)
You should press Right + B at the same time and then again at the same time relatively fast.
