Japan and will urge the Obama administration to work with the
Japanese government on the Trans-Pacific Partnership and other matters.

on occasion to give voice to the Japanese government's positions
on issues such as relocating the U.S. Marines' controversial Futenma base in Okinawa.

みたいなニュースと同じのりでセレクトしてるに過ぎなかったのでは？
（AKBのニュースも、英国の一般紙や大衆紙に沢山出てたけど…）
