If the Chief editor is in retirement and half the CAP are retired, then new CAPs could
be a benefit.
This is a good discussion.
I have not fired the Chief editor, but if he is not showing up now.
Then it sounds like retirement to me. Of the 30 plus CAP that are still active a new Chief
editor should be chosen. I am not going to pick that.
I will say this. If I hear that you have to pay to get a CAP there that is wrong. If you feel
your job is worthy of pay, then you should submit your resume, and we can discuss it.
After the current employees are paid that is.
