Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you to complain about a political performance conducted in an Olympic venue.
I saw that, after a men's football match for the bronze medal at Cardiff between Japan and South Korea, Friday 10 August 2012,
a Korean player celebrated their victory with a placard saying "Dokdo is our territory".
Dokdo, or Takeshima in Japanese, is an inherent part of the territory of Japan
but is currently illegally occupied by the Republic of Korea, which is clearly and absolutely against international law.

Statement by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan concerning Takeshima issue

The Korean player clearly tried to promote the Korean government's propaganda over Japan's territory,
and this performance is clearly and absolutely against the Olympic Charter on Advertising, Demonstrations, Propaganda, 50.3:
"No kind of demonstration or political, religious or racial propaganda is permitted in any Olympic sites, venues or other areas".
I would like to know what kind of steps you are going to take against this clear and unforgivable breach of the Olympic Charter.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,
