日本側がアメリカ原子力規制委員会（ＮＲＣ）に説明
「福島第一原発２号機の核燃料は非常に高温である。これはおそらく圧力容器を溶かして
破って落下しているのだろう」
「圧力容器を覆う格納容器の側に、壊れた燃料が漏れ出ているものと思われる」
