Japanese govermental offer to send Japanese rescue team to China,
stating that they could handle it fine.
It was until day 2, that Chinese officials finally accepted Japanese rescue offer
- by that time, it was already too late for many victims condering how many
hours would that take for Japanese rescue team to travel from Narita
international airport to China by air, and to local Chiese towns.
