ニューヨーク（ダウ・ジョーンズ）ポーランドと米国で石油・天然ガスの探査・開発・生産を手掛ける
FXエナジー(Nasdaq:FXEN)は、ポーランドのウィナ・ゴーラ試掘井で天然ガスが噴出したことを
確認したと発表した。

同社によれば、ロートリーゲンデス累層（赤底砂岩層）の上層部18メートルの最初の試掘で成功したという。

ウィナ・ゴーラ試掘井は、ポーランド・オイル＆ガスが51％を所有し、FXエナジーが49％を所有している。

16日終値7.05ドル、前週末比1.15ドル（19.49％）高、出来高780,265株。

Poland Seeks Algerian Liquid Natural Gas

WARSAW, Poland - Poland hopes to receive its first shipments of liquefied natural gas
from Algeria by 2010-2011 as it seeks to diversify its energy suppliers, the Polish
economy minister said Wednesday.

Piotr Wozniak said he and Algerian Energy Minister Chakib Khelil signed a
memorandum of understanding on energy cooperation as Poland looks to wean itself
off its dependence on energy supplies from Russia.

Polish natural gas monopoly Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo, or PGNiG, will
begin exploratory talks on a possible liquid natural gas supply contract Thursday with
Algerian state oil and gas company Sonatrach, Wozniak said after talks with Khelil.

Wozniak said the goal of Warsaw's cooperation with Algeria is "to stabilize the supply of gas to Poland."

Poland was twice hit by cuts of gas and oil supplies from Russia over the past 13
months due to Moscow's disputes over price and export duties with Ukraine and Belarus.
As a result, Prime Minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski's government is pushing to diversify
Poland's energy supplies.
