外国人が山手線で大暴れする計画をVIPで潰そうぜ！

あるサイトにて、外国人が公共の場所である山手線の中でハロウィン
パーティーを企画していることがわかり、ネットの掲示板で話題になっている。

The 2007 event is scheduled for Saturday, October 27, 2007. Festival-goers board the
JR Yamanote Line at JR Shinjuku station, platform 13 (Yamanote bound for Ikebukuro).
Japanese citizens as well as foreigners meet where car 10 stops, in front of the escalator
from South exit. Everyone boards the 21:08 northbound train and loops around clockwise.
Frequently everyone brings their own alcoholic beverages.

2007年のイベントは、2007年10月27日土曜日の予定です。フェスティバルに出かける人は、
JR新宿駅（13番プラットホームの池袋行きの山手線）に乗ってください。
外国人と日本人は、10両目（南出口からのエスカレーターの前）で会いましょう。
みんなで21:08発の北行き列車（時計回り）に乗ります。
みんな自分ののアルコール飲料を持ってきてください。
